Every once in a while, your flight gets delayed, but it’s all part of the big adventure! While we are getting a late start to our July Traveling Taste Buds Series, the Biga team is excited to announce our departure to Spain. July is traditionally the month when the San Fermin Running of the Bulls Festival takes place. Just because it’s canceled for 2021 doesn’t mean we can’t dive into the region’s culinary recipes and savory dishes.

Also known as the Festival of Lanterns, Buddha’s Birthday is determined by the lunar calendar, and this year the celebration falls on May 19th.
