Restaurant Week at YOUR San Antonio RiverWalk Restaurants is close to wrapping up.  Saturday is the last day and we are already pretty booked up.  We still have some availability on Thursday and Friday so book while you can at San Antonio RiverWalk Restaurant Reservations

Culinaria’s Restaurant Week has become a San Antonio Tradition where restaurants are asked to participate by creating a 3-course menu at $45.

Culinaria is an organization whose goal is to promote San Antonio as a culinary destination by promoting restaurants and presenting a number local food-centric events.

First Course

Vichyssoise:  chilled potato leek soup, topped with crème fraiche & fried leeks

Romaine Hearts, chipotle caesar dressing, avocado croutons, parmesan tuile

Blue Cheese Salad:  iceberg wedge, blue cheese crumbles

Chipotle Lime ½ Texas Quail, corn salad, fried plantain

Pan Seared Salmon, texas watermelon, roasted red beets, feta, mint, balsamic reduction

Chicken Pad Thai, stir-fried marinated chicken & rice noodles
with egg, bean sprouts, garlic chives, peanuts in tamarind sauce

Slow-cooked Angus beef Denver, pepper and onion corn pudding, spiced zucchini, red wine jus
