Mother’s Day Brunch at Your Favorite San Antonio RiverWalk Restaurant will be a little different this year.  For obvious reasons, a buffet is not a good idea currently but we feel we have come up Mothers Day Brunch San Antonio RiverWalk Restaurantwith a sit down 4 course brunch menu that

$67 for Adults, $30 Kids under 12
 
Our Chef’s are still working on the menu.  So, keep in mind it may change a bit.  Here is how it is shaping up so far…

1st Course: Choice of… 

Smoked salmon toast with hummus, shrimp cocktail, crab & lobster stuffed deviled egg, red onion, dill, ancho chile flakes

Organic chicken salad, peppered goat cheese, artichoke spinach dip, whole grain crackers, pita and crostini, preserved fruit, roasted and candied nuts

Sweet potato and mushroom lettuce wraps, chile-orange noodles, soy ginger dressed shredded vegetables in a wonton cup, scallions, sesame and peanuts

2nd Course:  (Served Family Style)

Mixed greens and roasted onion & parsnips, bacon, walnuts, apples, honey walnut vinaigrette and Parmesan

3rd Course:  Choice of…

Seafood Omelet crab, shrimp & lobster, potato hash, tomatoes, asparagus and Brie

Corned Beef, Cabbage and Potatoes, caraway beer mustard, peas & carrots

Shepherd’s Pie, lamb and vegetables topped with cheddar smashed potatoes

Fish & Chips, Guinness battered Alaskan cod, malt vinegar and tartar sauce, Brussels with chestnuts

 Grilled Hanger Steak, pommes frites, green beans, bearnaise, oven-dried tomato, horseradish veal reduction

Egg Benedict with chicken fried oysters, buttermilk biscuit, ham, greens, hollandaise

Texas Gulf Red Snapper or Scottish Salmon, shrimpy Texas grits, braised collard greens, red Fresno hot sauce

Risotto Primavera with roasted tomato, zucchini, fennel, charred peas, mushrooms, carrot puree, toasted pine nuts, goat cheese crumbles Also available with chicken or shrimp

4th Course:  Choice of…

Vanilla Cheesecake, lemon curd, red berries, streusel

Coconut Pannacotta, Passion fruit soup, pineapple, mango and melon

VEGAN Coconut “Pannacotta”, passion fruit soup, mango and melon

Chocolate Cajeta Mousse, toasted pecans, Kahlua Creme Anglaise, chocolate covered Texas strawberry
