Starting August 12 through August 26th join us for Culinaria’s Restaurant Week where local restaurants offer 3 course dinners for only $35! (Fine dining menu options at $35, more casual concepts will offer $25 menus. Go to CulinariaSA.org for more information.)

Turkey tortilla soup with queso Blanco & pico
Romaine Hearts,Chipotle Caesar dressing, avocado, croutons & parmesan tuile
Pork Pot Stickers (3), red currant Chile sauce, 5-flavor oil
Messaged kale & shaved fennel salad, Texas citrus, almonds, roasted sweet potatoes, shallot vinaigrette
Course 2
Pan Seared Salmon, Creamy clam and potato “chowder” sauce with bacon, sauteed Swiss chard, capers & dill
Spiced Pork Schnitzel, warm potato salad, pear & fennel slaw, remoulade
Green Chile Wagyu Burger brioche bun, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, aioli, pommes frites
Mustard Crusted Australian Lamb Rack*, cheesy Texas grits, Rebecca Creek goat feta, baby carrots, mushroom veal reduction

Quinoa & Lentil Stuffed Vegan Cabbage Roll, oven-roasted carrots & squash, red wine tomato puree

Apple Bread Pudding, brandy-rosemary ice cream, blackberry compote
