Easter has always been an exciting time. It is a welcomed marker that spring is finally here. Sunshine encourages plants to bloom, birds to chirp and humans to brunch!

In San Antonio, you’d be hard pressed to find a better brunch than Easter Brunch at Biga on the Banks!

Compressed apple-crab salad, churro, yuzo, Tuna tartare, crispy nori, Asian pear, Gulf oyster with charred piña mignonette

Caramelized onion toastie with mascarpone, Plantain with black bean & avocado pico, Candied root vegetables on brioche, blue cheese, honey

Cranberry walnut bread turkey sandwich, scallion cream cheese, BLT “deviled egg”, Mortadella & stracciatella crostini with pistachio pesto
