Riverwalk Restaurant River Parade Menu
Wondering what to expect on the menu? As with all menus at Biga, it is a work in progress and could change a little before parade night. Here is how it is shaping up so far..
1st Course: choice of
-Maple cured Duroc pork belly, wild mushrooms and foie gras
-Warm organic Scottish Salmon, manche, deviled caviar egg. -Paprika dusted octopus with olives, potatoes, tomato, basil, peas & herbs
2nd Course: choice of
-Wild Alaskan Halibut with Iberico ham, white bean salad
-Akaushi New York Strip Steak, sweet potato mousse, arugula pesto
-Seared Natural Scallops and lump crab, cucumber gazpacho, candied bacon frisee salad
-Black angus beef tenderloin, sweet potato mousse, arugula pesto
To take to your Parade seat
-Tres leches, citrus and berries, cajeta, toasted candied almonds
Kids: 12 and under (includes soft drink and a dessert box to enjoy during the parade)
-Beef, mashed potatoes, green vegetable
-Chicken fingers, fries and fruit
-Pasta, alfredo or marinara with chicken or shrimp
$135.00 Adults – $75.00 Kid’s 12 & under
RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
Price includes: 2 course dinner in the main dining room,
dessert package to take to your reserved seat, tax and gratuity.
Parade start time expected about 7pm.
Valid for reservations 5.00pm – 6.00pm.
Nonrefundable credit card prepayment required.

Parade seats assigned on a first come first served basis.
All guests are expected to vacate their dining room table once the parade begins.
