25 Years on the San Antonio River Walk and Still Making a Splash!!
Mark your calendars for Tuesday evening, April 22, 2025, because we’re throwing a party to remember! Join us as we celebrate 25 fabulous years of Biga on the Banks on the San Antonio River Walk and pay tribute to the culinary contributions of Chef Bruce Auden, along with his amazing team. And guess what? We’re doing it all for a good cause, benefiting both the St. Philip’s College Culinary Arts Program and the Food Bank of San Antonio. So, you can eat, drink, and feel good about it!
We’ll kick off the evening with chef tables featuring mouthwatering savory dishes from some of the city’s finest restaurants, many run by alumni of Biga. Just picture it: delicious bites scattered throughout the restaurant, all while you enjoy panoramic views of the River Walk. It’s like a culinary treasure hunt, but with fewer pirates and more pastries!
But wait, there’s more! After you’ve savored the savory, we’ll whisk you upstairs to the third floor of the International Center for a sugar rush like no other. Get ready for a parade of delightful sweets and some lively dancing, because what’s a celebration without a little boogie? And let’s not forget our silent auction, where you can bid on everything from catered dinner parties to fine wines. Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too?
We’ve got some amazing chefs already lined up to tantalize your taste buds, including Chef Mark Bliss, Chef Luis Colon, Elise Broz, Chef Nancy Fitch, and of course, the entire Biga crewincluding Martin Stembera, Brandon Waddel, Amy Delbridge, Anaiya Lane and the one-and-only Bruce Auden! More chefs will be revealed as we get closer to the big day!
Now, let’s talk tickets. Individual tickets start at $175(click here to purchase), giving you full access to all the chef stations, food, wine, and a bar that will keep you happily hydrated. Want a seat while you snack and sip? Grab a VIP reserved table for $275 per person(TABLES SOLD OUT Reception tickets still available). These tables are limited and expected to sell out faster than you can say “dessert buffet,” so don’t dawdle!
